Moving to a new city is always terrifying. There’s so many unknowns, and things to see! While Lori was here I thought we could go explore them together, and so we could take a break from setting up my apartment. (If you don’t know who Lori is, click here.)

One thing we knew we wanted to do was go for a bike ride. I saw that Lauren Toyota (a vlogger/blogger I follow) had gone to the Myra Canyon, in one of her west coast vlogs and I knew I wanted to go there. Although the road to the bike rental was terrible, the view made it completely worth it.

The bike ride is 11km one way with 18 trestles and two tunnels, then you turn around and do the same trail back to the car park. I suggest each and every one of you do this bike ride if you’re ever in the city. It’s completely stunning!

I’m so happy I had to the chance to experience it with Lori. It also makes me realize I have moved to paradise city. Next we went to two wineries, so look out for that post tomorrow!

Blessed are the curious for they shall have adventure.
